It is apparently a thing now. Apparently someone forgot to consider the contrast of the "You have no notifications" notification next to the account dropdown. Still makes no sense to have compose post in the account dropdown, but Google would do the same thing.

(I use peppers of all colors in my stuff - I tell people it's to add variety but really it's because I have no fucking clue what I'm looking at)
